About the event

We are so stoked to be able to partner with Azusa Garden Centre for an indoor, magical holiday market this December!

There is room for over 14 vendors inside the greenhouse, and potentially a few more inside the main building at Azusa.

We are limited to only one vendor per category to ensure variety. If more than one vendor registers in a similar category, we will refund the booth fee and make a note on the event of which categories are full (typically candles, jewelry, and ColorStreet/Pampered Chef fill up quickly).

NOTE: We are currently full for these category types of vendors: Soap, Candles, Tumblers, Color Street, Jewelry. If you fall into one of these categories and put your name on the wait list, we will email you if a spot opens up.

Booth Cost: 

$60 for an indoor 10'x12' corner booth (2 tables are included. Tables are 12'x4' and cannot be moved. There is only 23" of space in between tables. See map for picture example).

$50 for an indoor 10'x12' booth (2 tables are included. Tables are 12'x4' and cannot be moved. There is only 23" of space in between tables. See map for picture example).

$50 for an indoor 10'x4' booth located inside the main building at Azusa. They include (1) 4ft table. 

$20 for a 10x10' outdoor booth*

The map of the layout will be posted 2 weeks before the market.  There is heat on in the greenhouse, and there are *no* electrical outlets. Please plan accordingly and bring a battery pack if you need to plug anything in. 

Discounted booths are available for Farmers & Non-profits - please email creativeavenue.nw@gmail.com if you fall in one of those categories and would like to have a booth.

--> We do our best to ensure we have a variety of vendors types. We are only allowing one vendor for each of the following categories: Color Street, press on nails, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.

Before completing your registration, please be sure to read through all of the Vendor Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, and the Waiver and Release policy which is on page two under Event Policies after you've completed your Vendor Booth Registration.

  • GreenHouse Indoor Corner Booth

    10x12' in size. Includes 2 tables that are 12'x4' with 23" in between each table. Tables cannot be moved - the Green House layout is pre-set. Vendors can bring their own chair (be sure it is not wider than 23"). See map for example. Note: there is not room to bring any additional tables/displays in these booths, unless they fit on top of the 12x4 tables.

  • Outdoor Booth Space

    Vendors must provide their own tent with weights, table and setup. Trailer vendors will have a spot to park near the customer parking lot. Booth fees are refundable up until 2 weeks before the event.

  • Donation to Market Scholarship

    This is a donation to our Artist Booth Scholarship fund. At each market, we gift a booth to a newer artist who applies for the scholarship to waive their booth fee. This Market Scholarship fund makes that possible!
